02 — How it works
Pick your time and a start time. Pay online in under a minute.
Your locker code arrives with your confirmation. Walk to the locker and open it.
Hit the trail. When you are done, return the snowshoes, lock the locker and send a photo of it locked.
Cancellations and changes
We don't give refunds for camping or snowshoe bookings. You can reschedule, though. Reply to your confirmation email or call 715-913-7879, and we'll move your booking to another date if there's an open spot. The sooner you ask, the more dates we'll have open.
If we cancel because conditions aren't safe, such as storms, high winds, flooding or a closure, you choose: a new date or a full refund.
